Then we can prepare a strategy to integrate your design ideas into the crazy world of the DPP regulations and EPlans processing rules along with the related Authorities Having Jurisdiction in your property and dreams. Few people realize there can be upwards of 14 of these jurisdictions all putting in their particular requirements to help you build your dream property.

I have been active in the world of permitting on Oahu since 2008 under Trager Design.
Alterations, new houses, demolitions, remodeling of town houses and condos, and certain commercial type of works.
Since 2018 over 83 properties have been permitted in all of the above categories. If you click on the button 'Our Record' you will pull up the list of projects permitted.
