Honolulu has so many

older buildings across all uses. Older means 55+ Years of age. Some built in the 1920's are still being used today as leased spaces. Quaint is nostalgic but, the utility services required by the building are antiquated and in serious need of replacement or at least a major upgrade. Reason: Public wants fresh bathrooms and full on air conditioning.
